"Over 45 minute wait to finally give up getting food. Two people working completely oblivious to what is going on in surroundings and in front of them. Would not recommend going to on evening shift. Was told later day shift is good but to avoid after 5pm at all cost. Store was not even busy. Say it'll take around 15 minutes to make more meat balls completely lose focus and look like they're praying ill just leave. Sitting and waiting 3 people enter store and one of workings decides that is the perfect time to grab a broom and come sweat at my table. I'm only one sitting down in store. Moving chairs out and basically sweeping my feet. End of story it's obvious I'm an inconvenience so I'll just leave. Will probably not eat at another subway again if this is type of workers they train and employ."

"OVERALL THE WORST EXPERINCE EVER! They sent me coupons in the mail to use from that location and when I get there and try to use them they tell me "no those don't work here". Even though on the coupon it says that it only doesn't work in 2 states one being AK and the other being HI and I'm not sure if my geography is wrong but this is Kansas and it says it can be used, and on there website they are a "Participating store". Probably will never eat at this subway again the customer service is awful, if you live in Leavenworth spend the extra 5 min to go to the one on 4th next to T-Moblie. Side note they looked very displeased that I didn't tip after the whole interaction. since when are you supposed to tip fast food workers?"

"The staff was very friendly. They had a big order in front of us, but got through it quickly. The place was very clean and the food is always good. I love subway's new variety."
