"First and foremost the manager barely spoke English only seemed to speak Spanish and so she had to bring some other worker and then after he took my order it I had to wait almost 40 minutes for my 16pc meal extra crispy but it seemed like she was bossing everyone around as she was eating a mash potato and gravy and I didn’t see her help around at all after she tried to take my order and then as I was eating on the table she seemed to have just disappeared I didn’t see her and then she came out to make them do even more work it just seems like the management is not very good there I hope those kids are doing good"
"This location used to be good, tonight everything tasted old. The chicken was dry and pieces were hard to identify and the sides were subpar also. Probably won't go back ever."
"Order takeout through the app. Food still wasn't ready when I arrived thirty minutes later. They didn't give me as many pieces of chicken as I had ordered and when I called back they suggested I make an hour round-trip to correct their mistake. They also gave me the option of the next time I was in, they would make it right. The next time I was at the store, they act as if they had no idea what was going on and no one offered to do anything to make the situation right... It was a total joke!!!"
