"It looks like these guys either do a great job or horrible. We took our lawn mower in on May 15th because it kept dyeing and the pull cord was catching. When we hadn't heard from them after a couple of weeks my husband called. They couldn't find it. When they called back they said they hadn't looked at it yet. We were finally able to pick it up. They charged us $150.00 for labor (hundred dollars an hour). The guy who changes my oil doesn't even charge that much for labor. They replaced 2 wheels without checking with us. As far as we can tell it now doesn't keep dying but they didn't even fix the pull cord. Total bill was $250.00. We could have bought a new one for $450.00. Will never ever take anything to them again."

"Well we were just shopping around for new mowers and when we walked in not only were we treated with the absolute most respect we ended the day buying a mower from them ,we usually don't like change we have gotten our mowers else and never one time was we really respected until the sale went through, but that all changed our mind the day we came here well keep up what you are doing because not only did you get a sale you also gained a new client and we for sure will let anyone know about you . In and out in a few minutes. I will ALWAYS do my business with them. Wish other businesses were like them! Thank you MCO!"

"Took chainsaw in for fuel problem. After calling and stopping in for 9 months they sent a letter by mail saying it was done. Repair cost of 150 dollars. One week later I tried to start it and it was leaking fuel so I took it back. They took it and said it will be done ASAP. After calling and stopping in for 5 months it was done except it needed some adjusting. I waited and took it with me. There was no charge. 8 days later I tried to start it and gas ran out of carburetor just like they did nothing to it. I GAVE UP AND BOUGHT A NEW ONE. The thing that bothered me the most is the lies they told why it wasn't fixed."

"I would like to give them 10 stars!! Took my Polaris ranger for starting motor problems, and a few other minor repairs. Instead of buying a new starter they had mine rebuilt (locally) saving about half the price (or more) of a new one. They didn’t do unnecessary work to raise cost, like some shops. Got it done fast! Great guys to deal with."
