"I went to the 4th street Subway on Saturday 7/15/2022. I needed four sandwiches for my five person family. The manager, Ray refused saying that the owner had given a limit of 3 sandwiches. He wouldn’t let my son order his separately because it would still be part of my family. He refused to give me the owners name. But I got it from the other Subway anyway. When I questioned him, he refused to make any of my sandwiches. I went to the Subway on 4th and Metropolitan and it was a much better experience. Part of my issue is that they’re all owned by the same guy and if that’s how I’m going to be treated, I’m not sure I want to go to any of them. Sad because I’ve been going to Subway multiple times per week lately. I have a recording if the owner is interested in seeing, or just look at the cameras around noon."
