A manager showed up while I was eating and I was able to witness him doing temperature checks, very good for a food handling store to do to prevent food from going bad or developing toxins."

"My family and I went to this location because it's convenient to where we reside, we'll anyway.... On the two separate occasions there were two ladies in there making our sandwiches told us we had to pay extra for fresh mozzarella and they weren't personable. The second time we went they were a bit busy but again not our problem so we waited patiently and then when it was time for us to order I swear they took there time and mind you it was three of them in there with attitudes and no good customer service at all. We took our business else where, where it can be appreciated. Hopefully they can get employees in there who take pride in there job and no employees who just want to collect a check."

"This location had dead flies in their food and does not even seem to care. All they will do to "make it right" if give you more food...which had flies so why would anyone want that...manager refused to give a refund, give me her regional managers number,, or even the my number to her manager. When I asked she just hung up on me."
