"It's what you expect from McDonald's but they messed up our order twice! They fixed it but we ended up spending almost a half an hour by the time we made it through the drive-thru, realized our order was wrong, turned around, went inside to get it fixed and getting it fixed. Way too much time for a fast food chain!"
"My fiance door dashed us some breakfast from this location a few days ago and we didn't end up getting everything he ordered but Maria was super nice and helpful. He called the store to inform them that we didn't receive everything we ordered and she told him if we went up there she would give us everything we ordered free of charge and ended up giving us extra to make up for having to come out there since the point of door dash is not having to go out. She was amazing and helpful and super polite."

"The career aged people who work here are amazing! I have nothing but good things to say about them. The food quality is good sometimes and my daughter loves the play room. The only problem I’ve been having is with the younger teenagers that just show absolutely no expression when they through me my meal. Get some happier people to do the drive thru! It makes a big difference for me. No one knows the exact extend a person being kind and friendly can positively impact a person/customer’s day."
"For my meeting, I utilized the mobile application to place a somewhat large order as I did not want to be late. I ordered 16 sausage biscuits and 16 breakfast burritos in addition to a #2 for myself. Upon arrival at the drive through, I gave them my order number, they directed me to the 1st window where I was only given my receipt and asked to pull forward to receive my order. I was only given my Diet Coke. After waiting 15 minutes I called the restaurant and told them the situation and I was told they are working as fast as they can and that they do not start making the order until I show up. WHAT? App now deleted off my phone. While on the phone with the McDonald employee I asked if they could please put the #2 in a separate bag - the girl yells “now he wants the #2 in a different bag”. If I could rate this location a zero I would. I hope Mr. W reads these reviews. Employees need to understand that without the customers, you wouldn’t need a job!!"
