"Terrible service and wait time. They was told me to wait two hours and I waited for 5 hours to be work I’m my truck. There were other drivers who had been there for a day. No consideration for drivers. Unmotivated, lazy employees. They should be sent away and given opportunities to people who actually leave their homes to actually work like us road drivers. I paid to grease up my trailer and they didn't do that. I said to put the same size as the washblades and they put the small ones. Irresponsible and incompetent for this job. I will never come to this place again!"

"Woman working the service desk is VERY RUDE and the techs are lazy. Last oil change I got here took 3 hours and they didn't even clean off the oil and fuel from my truck's frame and engine. They were supposed to check my engine and cabin air filters and did neither. Most current visit they gave me an eta of "couple hours" even though no lube bays had trucks in them. I had one truck ahead of me, she said. I parked the truck for nearly 3 hours and walked back and saw her and a tech sitting outside on the bench. The truck in the bay still had not been started on. I asked if they were short-staffed and she said, rudely, "Nope, normal staff." I said I was going to call corporate and she told me to go ahead and call. This place doesn't care about drivers' time. If you can go someplace else, do so. DON'T Waste your time at Love's in St. Joseph."

"lousy place. I have tried twice to repair my truck and these people really don't feel like working. They're just hanging around the shop and not working. I do not recommend this place."
