"All of the staff were very friendly. They explained everything very clearly without using words that only a mechanic could understand. Before they did any work on my car, they called me and told me what needed to be done and why, what the total cost would be -parts,labor, taxes, disposal fees etc.- so that I knew exactly what the cost would be. I had needed to reschedule to today and they were very friendly about it and worked with me to reschedule. The work was great, and I recommend them to anyone who needs any auto work done."
"My 83 year old mother in law got a coupon in the mail for a $49 oil change from Butler. Upon arrival she found this did not include a filter. She was charged $36 for the high mileage, synthetic compatible, Fram oil filter that I buy at Walmart for $10. *Upon review of her bill, the $36 was for an air filter. She said they made it sound like it was the oil filter and she had to have it. The $100 she paid for this service was just the beginning. They kept her there for two and a half hours while they went thru her entire car and brought her a list of needed repairs with an estimate of $3200. For YEARS, I have referred family and friends to Butler. Never again. My mother in law was just beside herself and so disappointed they made her sit around for well over 2 hours for what she thought would be a typical oil change, and then felt pressured to have them do all this work. Like many of the elderly, she lives on a fixed income and for you to try to take advantage of her like that is ludicrous. Edit: I called you at 9:20a after receiving your response. Wyatt, Service Advisor on the invoice, RO #82834, answered the phone. I told him who I was and why I was calling. He then put me on hold to get the person who wanted to talk to me. I waited 5 minutes on hold and then hung up. The filter is not the issue. She was given the impression the filter not included in the oil change was the oil filter and she had to have it. After she sent me a copy of the invoice, I edited my review as such. The issue is the 2+ hours you spent going thru her car. You even went behind her glove box. I know this because it was not reinstalled correctly. Check the time stamps on your invoice. My mother in law rarely complains about a service but was very unhappy with how she was made to wait for so long and then pressured to have work done that she could not afford."
"This is the cleanest, best smelling shop I’ve ever been in!! The staff are all very courteous and professional, and the appearance of the whole shop was great. So many shops you can’t sit down or don’t dare touch anything because they’re filthy…this place sparkles. They even use the GOOD STUFF for toilet paper! (I’m lookin at you, Charmin!) They honored an amazing coupon that I forgot to bring in with me, they were so friendly, and they took excellent care of my vehicle. It’s obvious they pay attention to the details. Will definitely be using them for all our auto needs."
"Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Came in for an oil change because my dealership failed to do it when my car was in the shop for two weeks. I asked them to check the status of brakes and struts. Told them I had the right front strut replaced a couple days ago by dealership. After inspection, they wanted to clarify if it was the left strut that was replaced. Dealership replaced wrong strut. I was allowed to view the replacement strut for verification. I appreciate their honesty and integrity as a business."
"I had a oil change and all wheel alignment on a 2020 Ford Mustang. Butlers got me in the next day, and was quick to get the job done. I am pleased with the work. The customer service was outstanding. Everything that I experienced was top level expert service. I highly recommend Butlers North for any service."
