"I have been shopping at my local Maurice’s store in Maryville MO for years. I’ve always had a good experience until today. I was the only customer in the store and I was totally ignored by the 2 young women working there, even when I walked up and placed a couple of items on the counter. I was in plain view but they chose to continue to talk with each other while moving a few items to a different rack. I ended up putting my items back and left the store and they never spoke one word to me. I’ll go to the Marshals store next door from now on."

"Great customer service! Had ordered an item Dec 5 and the company canceled my order. Legeds Maurices was ZERO help other than to tell me the item was available in Maryville and a few stores near St Louis. Called this store and they agreed to hold it for me AND if it was too far to drive, they would do a store transfer for me. SCORE! An hour drive later and it's mine!"

"Was n the need for a dress for a funeral and thought why not. Being almost march the winter apparel was limited. But both girls that were there were very helpful in finding me 3 pieces to try on and even helped with an opinion on one. Being on clearance helped in my decision to get all 3. Helpful staff"

"I like Maurices, it has cute clothes, but they don't always have good clothes, some material is wierd. But for the most part you can usually find what you are looking for. It it always clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They do a very good job."
