"My mother and her husband purchased a truck and within the first two weeks they had issues. Rotors needed replaced and the dealership told them that in order to pass inspection they only needed to be a certain percentage and that it was at that minimum percentage so they would not fix it. Now two months after the purchase the fuel pump needs replaced and they were told by the dealership that all they would do is not charge labor. They took advantage of an elderly couple on a limited income. They have driven this truck less than 200 miles. It has pretty much just sat because of the mechanical issues. Beware of this dealership! I personally had issues with this dealership when I bought a 2022 bronco so if I had been given the chance to warn them I definitely would have told them not to do it."
