"Customer service and speed of service was phenomenal. We made a deal and were in and out within 30 minutes or less. Good communication in regards to holding the vehicle. But, the actual vehicle we received was definitely a disappointment. Looked shiny and well taken care of at first glance, but after taking it home discovered just how dirty it was as well as how many issues it had. There's a reason it was bought at an auction. Within a couple days, the truck went into limp mode, check engine light flashing and an embarrassing cloud of smoke coming out of the exhaust. Appears to be a blown turbo that'll need to be replaced due to worn seals. Oil pooled in the intercooler and intake pipes. Misfires constantly, even after replacing all plugs. Rear door actuator didn't work and couldn't be opened from the inside. Drivers door popped loudly. I understand the age of the vehicle and the mileage, but I would have appreciated being told up front about the major issues that the truck had instead of being sold a vehicle "as is" with no warranty and left to deal with the headache on my own."
