"First impression when walking in, floors were filthy and covered in anything you can imagine. Next came the attitudes and actions of serving staff..below disappointing. Very standoffish and unprofessional. Then came some guacamole that I was hoping would make things better and it seemed to be just mashed avocado with tomato and onion on top….no seasoning or salt for miles. Our server was polite but young. Professionalism has really taken a downfall here. I usually love BWW but not this location!"

"Pathetic! I placed an order online and went to the store to pick it up. I waited in the store for 30 minutes before receiving my food. I watched people who walked into the store after I got there and they were served their food before I got my order. Adam, the manager, was at the counter so I brought this to his attention. He informed me that it's just how the orders come up. I explained to him several times that it was at least 20 minutes from when the order was placed and when I got to the store and people who walked in got their food before me. He never once apologized for the wait. He just kept saying it's all based on how the orders come in. After I drove the 7 minutes home, the food was cold. They forgot one order of fries which I luckily caught before I left. Never again. I'll never again spend a dime at this joke of a restaurant. Slow service, cold food, and a sorry excuse for a manager."

"First time customer. Food was excellent. Place of business was good. Service was horrible. I'll likely give it one more chance since the food was great. The place wasn't even packed so the was no reason our waitress kept disappearing for very long periods of time. I do understand good help if hard to find now days but come one."

"Everything was really Good. Choices of flavors. Extras and condamints were great. They had some specials we took advantage of too. Definitely give these guys a try. So nice and great customer service."

"A little over 9 months ago I had written a pretty rave review of this location as they went above and beyond at the time. Since then, we have ordered at least once each month and things have progressively gotten worse culminating to today's visit. Our order was placed through their app and stated the food would be ready by 12:00. There were some customers inside seated and one other customer waiting for a pick-up order so by no means was the staff in the middle of a lunch rush. At 12:28 the food was finally brought out missing the extra ranch that we had paid for. Upon further inspection (of course after we had left the store) we found that 6 wings were missing, the chicken had been over cooked, very dry, and lacked sauce. This is polar opposite to the amount of sauce the location previously applied to the wings in years past. We had corrected previous issues to this point either at the time of pick-up or over the phone but after today, we are pretty irritated and don't see the need to keep notifying the store if things don't seem to get better. As this is the only store location within 30 miles, there are not a lot of options so would HIGHLY recommend checking your order prior to leaving as well as making sure to say something if things are wrong. It is evident with recent reviews we are not the only ones having issues but maybe, with enough feedback, management will begin to get things back to how they use to be. We will be avoiding BWW for a while in hopes they can turn things around."
