"Matt H came out during the oil change and tire rotation to see if it’s ok that they don’t put the undercarriage cover back on as it was only being held up by a screw and 2 zip ties. I service my car here regularly so was shocked that was the case and said I guess if it doesn’t need to be put back on. He said they break all the time. Then after my car was finished, I drove off and something underneath was dragging. I took it back immediately and they fixed it. When he brought it back something was still hanging low. Matt said they could remove it too. I handed him my keys and said please put my car back the way I brought it in. They brought me out to the service garage and showed me how it’s zip tied up again. I am not pleased in that the first time the screw was broke during a visit at Tri-State Quick Lube that it wasn’t replaced instead of being zip tied and no one telling me about the incident. That is not exceptional work for a place I bought a new vehicle at."

"The tech called me within a day to schedule. He made it convenient for my schedule and did an excellent job of detailing the car. Took extra care to make sure the ozone after smell was aired out. The price was well worth what they did!! I recommend highly"
