"Wasn't a big deal the first couple times but now it's just getting annoying. The last four weeks I've come by here three times. All three times I get rushed, rushed, rushed. They seem annoyed if you're not ready to order, after every single item ask you is that it, is that it, is that it, and have a rushed tone, saying nothing courteous over the speaker. Today there was nobody even behind me and they were rushing me when all I was trying to do was order for three people. Then I get up to the window they suddenly act friendly. Unfortunately, the rush continues as they grab the money and they never asked about my rewards. When I mention it they say it is too late because I paid. Why does scooters put out a rewards program if their people don't even ask about it? They shrug their shoulders and act like it's no big deal. I chose them today over my other options because I wanted to use my rewards. I guess if I want Scooters from here forward I'll have to drive up to Savannah where they are at least friendly, accommodating and ask about rewards. Or I will stick to Cup of Joe or head to KC for Dutch Bros."

"Under normal circumstances I would give this place 5 star rating even though their PRICES ARE ASTRONOMICAL, but I cannot give the 5-Star rating this time around because of an issue with staff. Scooter's has their hours posted and they clearly state that they close 8:00 p.m. On August 20th, 2022, I arrived at 7:50 p.m. and the girl came over the intercom and told me that Scooter's was closed. I told her that it was only 7:50 p.m., and she acknowledged that it was 7:50 p.m., and said that she was cleaning in order to close Scooter's for the night. I was disappointed to say the least because I wasn't going there for only myself but was getting drinks for a few other people, too. Like I mentioned previously, they are expensive, but good,... they missed out on some $$$, too. My drink alone costs $8.10. Also of note, there were two cars behind me in line, so there's more business that was lost due to this staff members actions. Anyway, I left Scooter's and drove home where there's a Starbuck's right on the corner by my house, who ALSO CLOSE AT 8:00 P.M. and guess who got my business and was just a few cents cheaper, closer and still open at 8:00 p.m. like their posted store hours. I really hope Scooter's doesn't allow its staff to whimsically make store hours and veer away from their posted hours, because it was very upsetting to have what happened to me happen the other night. I sure hope the Manager or Owner sees my comments and follows up with the staff member working that night, she needs to learn what customer service is, because she definitely has what customer service isn't mastered. I'll be back, but leary. I really think they need to adjust their prices, it cannot cost THAT MUCH to make a cup of coffee. You have yourself a great day! P.S. I've attached my receipt from Starbuck's so you can see that they got my business instead of Scooter's. Fact."
