We had planned on ordering ‘21 Bronco Sport Outer Banks in Alto Blue because nobody seemed to have one in the KC area, but we found one in Hiawatha and made the drive. Melissa was outstanding every step of the way, and couldn’t have been more attentive, professional, and genuine. The whole process was simple and straightforward, and the numbers were fair from the start."

"Is it possible to leave no star review? Took my car in to have transmission issues checked out, and they test drove, said nothing was wrong with it, and said I’d be good to drive across the state that same afternoon with the issues it was having. Half way across the state my car started having the same issues. Great. One of the guys in the service department told me his car does the same thing and I shouldn’t worry about it but being under warranty, I shouldn’t have to worry about these issues. I will go out of my way to encourage people to steer clear (yes pun intended) of this place and their con artists that run that place.. I’ll be damned if I step another foot in that place. 0 stars"

"Hiawatha Ford were excellent. They worked with me getting my car repaired. You couldn't find a more friendly, knowledgeable business. If I could afford to trade cars, I'd go there. Repairs included new brakes and springs on front. Rides and drives great."
