"We were traveling across country when our rear end went out of our Chevy truck. We thought we were lucky to find someone to work on our truck. Me Walters found a rear end and had it shipped in that took 5 days. When it arrived it was a piece of junk and mr Walters informed us he would have to order another one. In the meantime we found another shop that could rebuild it for us in two days. We understood the frustration all around but what I didn understand is the disrespect that followed. They had taken the parts off of our truck and had to put them back on so we could have it towed. We asked some questions like how many hours did it take and why did you pull it off before the parts came. After that we were told that this was becoming to much trouble for him and he would not take our credit card or debit card- only cash. We told him fine we would go to the bank but we’re told that if we weren’t there by 5 (which was 15 minutes)we would not get our truck til the next day. When we showed up with the money. He proceeded to count the money three times and on the third time marked each $20 bill to make sure it was real I’m not sure how we got to that point but really in the heartland I have never been treated such lack of respect."

"As I was traveling across the country, I pulled in here for some advice concerning a leaky transmission. Mr. Walters and his grandson were kind and helpful. I decided to take my chances and continue on. My vehicle decided it would go no further. I am a knowledgeable and competent home mechanic and realized I would need a new transmission.
