The owner took our washing machine for warranty covered repairs in June and now we are about to enter November and he still hasn't return it. When we call the woman that answers makes up all these excuses in a nice voice. Oh, we are SO busy....Oh, you shouldnt have told him you have a spare washer... Blah blah blah! " Bottom line is don't buy from them. They will be very prompt about delivering new appliances but they will keep your appliance when it needs fixing and not call it stealing.Go somewhere with full service!"
