"We were at the school for a Volleyball tournament. We where in the drive through line and the young lady not only got the entire order wrong but was completely rude along with the staff. Completely cut is off every time we ordered something then when driving to the window said “I don’t know why we’re so busy so we said “there’s a volleyball tournament in town” when then the staff said well why aren’t they just eating at the concession stand. I know good help is hard to find in a small town but I’m hoping this can help the manager navigate how to help these young ladies some customer service."
