"Took grandkids there on 3/2/24 at 6:45 pm. Nothing for kids to do, no colors, no placemats. Only one other table of people there. Took an hour to get personal pan pizzas for grandkids. $50 for four people and two were under 5. Terrible deal, weak food, poor service. Only interested in carry out service."

"If I could give zero stars I would! Every time my family and I order food from this establishment it is always severely undercooked! Our order is never right! And the customer service on top of that is absolutely horrible! I have never experienced more rude, ungrateful employees in my whole entire life! If you're looking for a quick meal may I suggest eat at home! Took over an hour for my takeout order to be done! And the pizza was not even cooked the way it needs to be! Needed a substitute for something they didn't have in stock .....which by the way they never have pan pizza in stock! And even though you have to pay an extra dollar for that they're going to charge you that extra dollar plus whatever else you're substitute is because they don't have it! If you want to waste your money may I suggest just flushing it down the toilet cuz that's where your meal is going to wind up anyway!"

"Ordered a dinner box to pick up, got home was a cold pizza..no cinnamon stix or cheese stix also the Spanish girl taking orders I could not understand. You need someone that u can understand"

"This place gets one star, because no stars isn’t an option. First, we waited 15 minutes to get seated. Waited an additional 15 minutes, 30 minutes total, to order drinks. At the 45 minute mark, we finally ordered, they were out of all doughs except hand tossed and personal pan pizzas. Huge disappointment, since the only thing we wanted was a large pan pizza, with breadsticks. We ordered a personal pan, large hand tossed, and the breadsticks. About an hour in, we hadn’t received drinks, nor had our food even been started and they were out of personal pan pizzas, which they had neglected to inform us of. Only reason we found out about that, was because the most unprofessional manager I have EVER seen was screaming at the 14-15 year old girl (ROCKSTAR), only one actually working the entire place, by herself, “WE’RE OUT OF PERSONAL PAN PIZZAS, STOPPING TAKING ORDERS FOR THEM”. This was after a full hour of sitting there, no drinks, no apps, order not started yet, that we cancelled our order and left. Manager gave us a filthy look and slammed down the order she was working, for the ONLY other table in the place. UPDATE 6/17/23 The Regional Coach for this Pizza Hut location has since reached out to me to get our full story and make the appropriate changes and/or necessary training needed to correct these issues moving forward. Will definitely give this location another chance."

"I ordered online and curbside. When I got there, they gave me the wrong order and i immediately told them. They proceeded to give me the order anyway and go back inside. They left the wrong order with me for 5 minutes before I went in and told them again. They then took that order, set it aside and said mine was still coming. Then they proceeded to give that order to the right person 2 minutes later (even though it was alone with me in my car for several minutes). I watched them touch my food several times with no gloves, the manager or some lady came out and yelled at everyone to “get it together” while she did nothing. Then box my order up. They then gave me my order without my sauces. I asked for the sauces and the manager replied “well those are in our freezer”. I said “it’s okay. I’ll wait since I paid for them”. She sighed loudly, yelled at someone to get them, put them on the counter, and walked away. No apologies, no nothing. And they served that possibly contaminated food to the other person. I’m thankful that I am not a bad person that touched their food or did anything bad with it."
