"I didn't think to read the prior reviews before ordering a memorial spray for my aunt. The initial price was $125 for what would cover a picture with flowers. I changed the arrangement to just one that would just be an arrangement around the urn ( I sent her a pic ). I thought it would be a price decrease but the price was the same because she said it would be the same flowers. I arrived at the memorial. Florist didn't call /text or say she had been there to set up and she could have sent me a pic for my approval before leaving. Just left instructions for me to sit the urn in the middle of the arrangement. Imagine my surprise when I saw what cost me $125 looking like a $50 - $75 spray. I was very disappointed. The flowers completely covered the urn. I had to put something under the urn to raise it up out of the flowers. I'm sure a simple fix had the florist been there when I texted her I would be there. My aunt received a very nice first bouquet from her job from this place which made me want to use them for the spray. I should have waited to place this memorial order because this is the second flower that came in comparison to the first one. I wish there was a tasteful way I could ask the senders how much they paid for these arrangements, especially the second one. I understand that when people look for florist from out of town, this one may come up but please shop around. You don't have to use a wire service. Just call the florist you would like and they will accept payment over the phone. I hope this helps the next person. I wish I had seen the previous posts. Also, there is no need for any response. This is my "personal" opinion on my "personal" experience and Google provided this outlet for me to express my "personal" experience. I won't be choosing this florist again nor recommending them."

"This was a special last minute same day order to replace an order from a national chain that never arrived. From the initial phone call to the final delivery address, the florist stayed in contact with me the entire time and even sent this photo for my approval. Delivered within two hours of my call and took payment by phone! Thank you all the way from the east coast. You'll have my business everytime I need flowers delivered in Natchez!"

"My dad spent $124 for the roses on the bill and this is what he received. They weren’t going to changed them until my dad said he was going to leave a review. So they took the white ones out and added some little red ones instead (no price difference). Why would you let someone pay $124 for 6 roses??? At least they could’ve given him a partial refund, but they had no sympathy. Please don’t pay for their service."
