I asked the 3rd person I could get to actually acknowledge I was there. I only asked if he knew where Christmas stickers were. He sighed and started to walk away. I followed him, he said let me check over there ran around a corner where he ran into people he knew. Walked away and said nothing else to me. There was a lady behind me at this point. She was so sweet and helpful. She called someone named Sara on the radio, who just happened to be the first rude person who walked past me. I left with out buying anything. Your team needs to do better. You can't say your understaffed when I counted 9 people in there on a Tuesday afternoon"

"Always has great deals and/or coupons! Abby is always so helpful. Very clean and well maintained. Great selection and variety of year-round seasonal items. The only thing is they need to hire a professional to spruce up that bathroom."

She went FAR AND BEYOND the call of duty to ensure my artwork was going to be dealt with and framed in a timely manner! I feel extremely confident that with her help, I made the best decision with my frame and matting! SHE IS THE ONLY REASON THIS STORE IS GETTING A 5 star rating!! As you can see from the images, their prices are CRAZY EXPENSIVE FOR BASIC SCHOOL SUPPLIES AND I DON’T UNDERSTAND HOW THIS PLACE COULD STAY IN BUSINESS WITH THESE PRICES?! "The place is great they always have stuff I want but never what I go in there looking for this time was no exception. It's always sold out or they don't carry it in store. The associates are friendly when you can find one which I know is due to COVID but I walked the whole store and it took me an hour to find someone other than the cashier and the girl in the frame area. He looked for item I was looking for and it was sold out. Almost bought a model instead."
