"Nissa is the absolute best!! We have been taking our dog to her for 5 years now, and it’s ridiculous how happy my dog gets to see her! Her tail wags like crazy and she does a little dance. Also, my dog won’t let me trim her nails and doesn’t like anyone touching her feet, but she lets Nissa do it all!! I recently boarded my cats with Nissa and she treated them like they were her own, gave them lots of loving and attention (and treats). I got regular updates and pictures of my babies, and Nissa was very communicative about everything. One of my cats had a seizing condition, so it’s very important that his caretaker watches him and gives him his medicine. I can’t imagine using anyone else literally ever, and I’m so grateful to have someone I can trust!!"

"I took our dog in for a bath and to have her hair clipped above her eyes. That’s all I asked for. When I picked our dog up she was completely cut almost to the skin. She only had a quarter inch of hair from three weeks before when we brought her there with a full body of hair. She’s a yorkie. My wife spoke to the owner on the phone and she said I told her to give our pet a complete haircut which was a lie. She didn’t offer to resolve the situation just to tell my wife something that I never said. I can not stand someone that lies to customers."
