"Scammers! Beware do not use this company, very unprofessional and rude to deal with . I used them to come and look at my washer , he came out and told us it would be $85 charge just to come out and after diagnosing my washer I wastold I need a part and he can order it and we agreed to ordering it , after 7 days the part came in and was installed and didn’t fix the problem and I was told the door latch was the problem and needed to replaced. After paying them $275 dollars (never was quoted a price but I paid it ) and still a no working washer , I told him that he may have misdiagnosed the problem he started fumbling his words and him and spouse were arguing in the background of the phone as to who was gonna talk to me and explain how to proceed and eventually hung up ! Needless to say they stopped answering the phone and never heard back from them ! Total scammers and would not recommend them to the junk yard !"
