QUALA

"Came here, dropped tank at 1130am told them I need it by 5am next morning, manager said no problem. Got up at 6am tank is not washed! Appt time was at 8 to get loaded. Now I have to wait a few hours for tank to be washed and miss my appt and loose money because their night shift decided not to wash 7 tanks I was told that they were supposed to wash. This is unacceptable! Bad for business. I would not recommend this quala wash"

"The whole business is nothing like it was before Quala bought it. The service is hit and miss. I never know what to expect. My last visit was spot on"

"Love the new lot & building! Just be careful and go slow, those Yard Dogs are a little insane when they don't have a trailer attached. Watch out!"

"Dirty, unorganized and scary if you come late you’ll be just check-in for next day wash. But once you in the bay their crew are awesome, lady in the office is very kind and bet you’ll be happy to get your next load. I want to give 5 star but I gotta be fair with 3 stars maybe 4. I came and wait for the door to be open and check -in, I got wash right away…."

"Came in 5/17/23 to get a tank wash. They had signs on the door that they were not taking any road traffic and I would have to drop and it would be washed in the morning. Mind you most all trailers that were being washed were not being waited on. Get back the next morning and still not washed. So I'm still waiting to get in as off 8am. I came 2 hours back up here to get washed because when it was Grace it was much more efficient."
