"I wish I could leave Saul less that a 1-star rating. If you're having HVAC issues...do yourself a favor and DO NOT call Saul Heating Air & Refrigeration, LLC. Saul will come to your location, failing to disclose his diagnostic costs and fees even though you ask, as it will be hidden in his "doing you a favor" demeanor and speech. He will give you a mediocre assessment then afterwards, offer you the repairs and parts needed at a deceptive high amount. Then when you do not agree, push you with the excessive service call fee then states it would be integrated in the overall cost if you agree to the work. But as you research the recommendation, discover that the items needed are 10 times lower than his quoted price added with his considerably high labor service markup. Integrity is definitely not part of this business. Beware of Saul if you value the efficacy of your home. Trying to scam someone just because it was late hours and obviously no supervision or accountability for evaluations is just wrong. Apparently, Saul thinks his unstated service call fees, elevated labor cost, and ballooned part amounts equates to fair and just business practices. Shame on Saul. Luckily his company's competitor fixed the problem for less than half of Saul's fabricated total. This Company is all talk, and in reality, it's all bait and switch scam as I was left with a forced high diagnostic bill. I regret doing business with Saul Heating Air & Refrigeration, LLC. Next stop is the BBB, State Consumer Affairs and the Federal Trade Commission if not released from this unwritten and unsigned contract."

"Had a issue with my air handler, called several before I got to Saul’s. He didn’t answer, but was the only one to call right back within 5 minutes and we discussed the issue with my AC. He said let me finish up a couple items and he’d be right over. Just as he said, he came over and diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and made sure we were good for the upcoming colder weather. Excellent work, price was great and now I have a new HVAC guy! I highly recommend his service. Thank you!!!"
