"They are rude and untimely. I wouldn’t be surprised if they go under in less then a year the way they run their business. I got a outside unit with them last year and it has stopped working twice now and the owner just cursed me out over the phone... now I have to take them to small claims court. Thanks L&M!! My whole family used y’all, but I think we r in the market for someone else, because this was the final straw. Wishing the absolute worst for your business! You don’t deserve to work in this field, especially for yourselves."
