"Owner was quite rude to me. Dog was gulping water and food as soon as home, as it had been likely in the cage for around 8 hours without food or water. Called constantly to check up on dog and was informed multiple times that they were close to getting to him, then told that they were "backed up" and would be done within an hour. Come the hour, he had only been washed, which was $25. Did I mention that this dog was a party pomeranian, a tiny little dog? Also, apparently an appointment time is when you pick up a dog, but I was not even informed about this. I will never recommend this place to anyone and make sure to tell all to steer clear of this place."
