"THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE. I made an appointment with the receptionist on October 27, 2016 for today (November 1, 2016) @ 4:30 pm because the receptionist assured me that "Tuesday will be better for us." I rush home to meet the plumbers. 4:30, no plumbers. 4:35, no plumbers, 4:40, no plumbers...4:50, no plumbers. I got so frustrated, I called the office because I know they close at 5. The receptionist nonchalantly replied, "We'll try to get there tomorrow. We're behind." I'm mortified! I told her, "Ma'am, that is TOTALLY unprofessional of you! Someone should have contacted me! I cannot re-arrange my schedule like that. I want to speak to your boss." The receptionist attempts to prep the boss; however, she does a poor job of covering the receiver. "Your 4:30 is on the phone yapping about nobody called her, and she needs to talk to you." He says, "Tell her we're behind." She says, "I already did." He then takes the phone. I'm almost livid at this point. I tell him, "The level of professionalism in your business is non-existent. I want a plumber at my house ASAP, sir." He says, "Ma'am we're behind." I said, "And no one there could pick up the phone and call me?'! I rearranged my entire schedule for this." He paused for a moment and replied, "Yes, yes I see right here. You sure did. We're behind. You see, we go out and sometimes it's much more than what we expect. We can get there 4:30 tomorrow." I told him, "I know longer wish to do business with you. Thank you." Save your time and money! This company DOES NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS!!!"
