"Vernon was very nice. I contacted Sears about my Kenmore dryer. Agreement was if I did not take his repairs I would pay $99 for the service call and if I did take his repairs, the $99 would be waived. I was going to take his repairs but parts could not be gotten. I ended up paying $127. Ended up I had to buy new dryer. Needless to say, I won't be calling for repairs from Sears anymore."
