"Sears contracts out to them as well and I have been assigned them twice per my Sears Protective Maintenenace Agreement. First time they no showed my appt but thankfully I was able to get a Sears technician out....second time(and LAST time) they rescheduled me twice in two days! I have complained to Sears and will NOT have this company do any repairs in my home! I will say the receptionist was polite on the phone but I will not do business with them."

"I was really nervous about using powers repair because of the other reviews, but that is who samsung assigned for repair work. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I heard from them right away, they had the parts fast and came the very next day as scheduled and repaired my dryer. The technicians were very polite and even swept up the little bit of dyer lint that got on the floor during the repair. Happy customer and would definitely use them again!"

"I have experienced the same thing every other reviewer has experienced. I put in my work claim September 2014. They came right out, gave me a diagnosis, collected my $60, and said they would be back within a week for the repair. A couple of weeks passed without word from the company at which point I called them. I was told the parts were on order. Several months, several calls, and the same story every time, I finally called the home warranty company to have them resolve the issue. It is now 1/15/2015, the home warranty people are not able to get in contact with them, so they are now changing the service contract to someone else. DO NOT HIRE."

"Absolutely Horrible Experience... Expect to be lied to over and over.. Took over 3 months to repair my Ice maker. I would have went somewhere else but how warranty company wanted me to use them since the deductible was already paid to them. When they came out originally to diagnosis my problem I thought this was going to go pretty smooth.. I was so wrong, after several phone calls and pretty much ripping into my home warranty company they came out the same day to repair..."

"Extremely poor service and communication. Was supposed to be performing warranty repair through home warranty. Technician came to assess after multiple calls. He sounded competent and was paid the $60 fee required of my home warranty and was to come back with parts for repair. Thats been 2.5 months ago and both I and the home warranty company have made numerous calls and were provided excuses. I warn any person or company to avoid Powers Repair in Jackson MS they have been less than honest and have provided no service."
