"I took my dog to the groomers and just like Cindy my dog came back shaved and his groin area was red and ready to bleed. It was pathetic. I was so angry, but I didn’t write a review I didn’t say anything, I just put medication on him and he healed up but I will never ever take him there again. And I agree with the owners behavior also that Cindy stated that she was in a hurry, and had a very bad attitude. My biggest regret is I didn’t post a bad review so at least somebody else wouldn’t have to go through the same thing I went through. I’m very sorry about that and hopefully nobody else will have to go through this. Take your fur babies to someone that won’t scalp them and burn their skin"

"We had a cockapoo groomed and bathed this past Monday at Pampered Pets. They did such a wonderful job and treated her and loved on her like we would. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area who needs their pet groomed and bathed. We have already made Charlee another appointment to have a repeat before we head north to go back to Illinois!"

"Hi! I'm leaving this review to help inform future customers about my experience with this service. When I looked over the reviews for Pampered Pets, they were all positive and had me confident to leave my dog in their hands...unfortunately my experience was less than positive. I brought my dog in for a full groom on Tuesday (11/2). He is a 1yr old Mini Aussie, which is a double coated breed and he has sensitive skin. When I called ahead to make an appointment, I asked if they had experience with this breed and they quickly responded with a "yes". It was my first time using this grooming service, so I expected the front desk personnel to be patient with me as I went over what I wanted done. That was not the case. She was very abrasive and dismissive. She rushed me to tell her what I wanted done, not taking the time to greet my dog appropriately and listen to what I was asking. I came in with pictures and a list of the services I wanted done for my dog, specifying multiple times that on the sanitary trim "I did not want it short." Fast forward to when I picked him up. They were quick to get him for me and rush me out, but I took my time to look him over and make sure they did as I requested. And this is where my nightmare started. As I was looking him over, I noticed on the sanitary trim that they shaved him almost on a skin. If there was a guard on it, it did not do its job. Not only that, it very uneven and they had caught his genitals in multiple areas which caused them to bleed. They did not feel the need to mention this to me, and when I brought it to their attention, they placed all of the blame on my dog. They complained that he was moving, but who wouldn't when they get hurt? They offered no sympathy for causing him pain and still made me pay full price for the groom. The most unfortunate part is that I now have to take my dog to the vet because he has developed an irritation that looks infected on his genitals. Needless to say, I will not be returning, it was a very rude and unprofessional experience. I hope you consider this review before leaving your pet in their care. *I would leave pictures, but I don't want this post removed*"

"Otis is a labradoodle/golden doodle. His “patience” of getting groomed was not there. We had taken him to many groomers, since he was 3 mos. Otis would get bad reports and he would not cooperate. He rather hang himself, curl up and sleep than to deal with all the pampering, clipping and touching (now he’s a loving dog and loves people to touch him). If it weren’t for the heat and the allergies, we probably would not have him clipped and groomed so much. His cuts kept the allergies away. so, along came Ms. Lorie and Ms. Sabrina! A God sent and two of Otis’s favorites people to see, mine too! They knew how to handle him and he loves them. Not only does he leave handsome, he comes home with good scores and is tail wadding happy. Thank you Pampered Pets"
