This gas company is clearly for profit and couldn't careless about the needs of their customers especially in the dead of a BELOW FREEZING WINTER. Bill paid or not your gas needs are NOT a PRIORITY of Neill Gas INC., YOU'VE BEEN WARNED, by another GASLESS customer with no bill due."

"The service sucks They over filled the tank and caused the pop off valve to start leaking . They said they could not pump off the tank so I had to wait until the tank was almost empty for them to change out the valve. I notified them on a Tuesday that it was low was told needed to be lower on Friday morning notified them that the tank was almost empty and they came out and changed out the valve that day and they said they would refill the tank that day.Saturday morning I called them to find out when they were going to refill my tank. They said they was going to get it today but was very busy ( filling up customers that waited till the last minute to call to get gas most likely)Sunday there is still no gas in my tank, the temperatures has dropped and will be 26 degree .I still do not have any propane. I’m not very happy right now. It was Neil gas fault. I’m left out in the cold. I will never do any kind of business with them anymore!!"

"We are new to using this company and had a few issues when we started our service in our rental house. The gas tank leaked and we lost a lot of propane, but Neill gas remedied the situation by giving us a refund on the propane and fixing the tank in a timely manner. They even called to make sure everything was fine their service. Would recommend!"
