William is very nice, Friendly and he gave us tips on how to handle trip situations for other appliances as well. I will definitely use his serveries for any future electrical requirements."

"Marshall was very professional and knowledgeable. I had issues with my dryer. It was quite the nightmare. At first the whole dryer had to be replaced caused it couldn't be fixed. I went through three different dryers to finally realize that the real problem was electrical. Then I got multiple technicians coming over. None could fix the issue and asked for assistance to other technicians. Marshall finally came out and fixed it once and for all. I am pretty grateful with the service. He has also fixed some other electrical things at my house. Always pretty reliable jobs he's done. I would definitely recommend him."

"The warranty company that I use set me up with him bc I needed a later time slot after the 11-3 slot. He was very polite at first over the phone. But he kept canceling and rescheduling my appointments. After he finally came out and diagnosed my issue We paid him a service fee. The warranty company approved the work needed to be done but again he kept rescheduling me and canceling, and said he had family coming in town. When I got an email showing my new time slot it said 11-3. I called him to explain to him that the 11-3 time slot wouldn’t work for us. He went off on me and said “your bugging me now, I told you I had family in town” “I run this business not you”. He then hung up the phone when all I was trying to do was talk to him about the scheduling. I felt intimidated and almost threatened by the tone of voice and words he was using. I don’t feel like a customer should be treated like that. I wasted 65 dollars on a service fee bc I don’t feel comfortable with him inside my house anymore after the way he spoke to me. But of course I could not get my money back. I made a complaint with the warranty company as well."
