"I left my laptop with them in January 2021 to fix the touch screen. As of April 2021, my laptop wasn't fixed and the screen hadn't come in. The first time it was cancelled for some odd reason and the second time I don't know, just hadn't came. Nobody would call me with an update. I had to call them multiple times. I would not recommend anyone to use them."

"I thought I had a good experience with them when they replaced the screen to my Iphone Xr. However, less than two months later, the screen went out due to either a faulty screen or improper installation. After advising them of the issue, I heard nothing further from them. I scheduled an appointment at an Apple store and had to have the screen replaced again. Would not do business with Protech again and definitely do not recommend them. Take the extra time and money to get a screen replacement from elsewhere the first time."

"After I dropped my laptop and a few of the keys fell off, I brought it in to have the keyboard replaced. Keep in mind when I brought it to them, the keys were in perfect working condition. It's just the covers that came off, and it wasn't a good look. When I got my laptop back, one of the speakers wasn't working. So, I brought it back the next day, of course, and the problem was fixed. About a month later, the entire home row of keys wasn't working. I hadn't dropped my laptop or anything. In fact, I was especially careful with it to prevent another mishap. So, I called pro-TECH about the issue, and I was told that they wouldn't do anything to fix my laptop because it had been over thirty days. EVEN THOUGH THE ISSUE WAS CLEARLY DUE TO SOMETHING THEY DID. I don't know if they just bought a cheap part or what, but either way, I was out $50. I ended up purchasing another laptop because mine became unusable. If I could give this business 0 stars, I would."

"Pro Tech repaired my Motorola Turbo Phone. They were friendly, professional, quick and most importantly reasonable. It was much cheaper to have it repaired rather than replacing it. I highly recommend Pro-tech to repair cell phones."
