One rep was with a customer, and seemingly, everyone else was sitting and staring at their phones not to be bothered. This is not really a core store but more of a retail satellite store. I guess they can help with phone issues, but I couldn't get someone to come help me with accessories. Be prepared for frustration if you come here."
