"The front desk staff was very unfriendly. The care I received was poor. No one took my blood pressure despite a profusely bloody nose and I have high blood pressure. The tech didn't communicate to the NP my temperature etc. The NP didn't inquire about any health issues I may have etc. and did not provide any diagnostic information. She said she called in a prescription but she did not. All around it was a waste of time."

"ZERO stars for the service at this facility. My wife and I went in with bad cold/flu symptoms on 12/19/23. We tested positive for Flu A and negative for COVID. We were given cough syrup, mild steroid, nasal spray, albuterol inhalers and told to take 600 mg ibuprophen for fever. We were charged $52 dollars each under our BCBS plan which usually is only $25 for urgent care practitioners. At this point, we had been running fever for over 3 days and coughing up green gunk daily. We were told we might have the cough for 3 weeks but is was just the old flu and had to run its course. Fast forward to 12/28/23. Still running high fever, still coughing up green gunk and no energy. Went on a trip to Mississippi with family and after almost passing out, went to Fast Paced Urgent care in Iuka, MS. Was immediately diagnosed with bronchitis and lower left lung pneumonia. Had to get a shot and super strong antibiotics or would have been admitted into hospital."
