"I walked into Redi-med and waited to be checked in behind someone with desk staff having some difficulties at the computer. After a few minutes a man walks in behind us and is immediately helped, leaving me still waiting in line, even after clearly being noticed by the second desk staff member. Only a minute after that, another person walked into the redi-med waiting behind me in line. Again, helped immediately after walking through the door by the very same desk staff member. Waste of time. If you value yours, don’t go here."

"Been a patient of Dr. Naeem for several months now and before that was a patient of Tony peperoni, who was the reason I was there in the first place ( so total 9 months) He was the best. Dr. Naeem is nice. The management and staff however I can not support. One one occasion the front desk receptionist refused to act as a liaison between me and the doctor and the pharmacy to settle a small discrepancy about refills ( a small mistake cause by the doctor writing me a refill but the pharmacy not having it on record. All she had to do was confirm that I did have a refill on my file.) she refused to do that and she refused to notify the doctor of my message. I was forced to go without medication for days. I let that go only to have another issue arise a month or two later when I get into a car accident and had a neurologist put me on a medication that interacted with one that Dr. Naeem had me on. I immediately call his office to sort things out, when his front desk first tells me they can’t help me, then tells me he’s with a patient, then tells me he’s out of office, then directs me to a voicemail. after waiting days to hear back, I call back to again get told I can’t speak to my doctor but I can speak to the manager. I express my concerns to the management, about how I have yet to be seen or given medicine that doesn’t interact with each other and she assured me things we be handled and I’ll get a call back. Never got a call back. This office is very poorly run and as a social worker I will not be recommending that anyone who actually needs psychiatric help seeks medical attention at this facility."
