"They are literal archetype of a landlord. I toured a few properties. One with a staff member. I was 15 mins early they were 20 mins late. One literally like a trap house with holes in the wall, water stained ceiling, and not much bigger than a hotel suite. The other house smelled like urine because the toilet was full of it. When I tried to tell them their stuff is overpriced, especially the trap house. If they cared about taking care of people they could compete hard against all these Wall Street Hedge funds buying up real estate, but Art Minton/Rent Jackson are leeches cut from the same cloth as them. There is a reason all the properties are vacant for months to over a year."

"I left a sign on the fence they put up ON MY PROPERTY either several months ago or last year to remove the fence. Cannot remember when because my dates and time get confusing since my sin died last year. The fence is covering my water meter...which means it's blocking it if I need to use it. They finally text me October 6, 2923 and Said they would remove the fence. The fence still has not been moved. My neighbors and I have good relationships and come to each other with any problems and remedy the problem. You don't just pit fences up and block someone's water meter."

"Do not rent from this company you will pay a $600.00 cleaning fee when you leave even when you deep cleaned it yourself AND THAT POLICY WAS NEVER REVELED TO US WHEN WE RENTED. Also if that is true, than you don’t have a very good cleaning company because I had a roach infestation in my kitchen at move in which I took care of myself!"
