"I have to say that I am disappointed in them. They have always been nice, but you get termite protection so you don't have to worry about termite damage to your home. We have a house on Gregory that the whole back side of an addition is full of termite damage. And Paramount inspected this house a year ago and have been treating it ever since. They found nothing on the original inspection. So far we have replaced 4 studs, 6 OSB sheets and 6 plywood sheets. No compensation offered by Paramount at all which is one of the reasons you want a contract with a pest control company. They claim to have given "free treatment". No, we paid for the treatment as stipulated by our contract. Their "free" treatment consist of spraying $5 worth of foam around the damage after we discovered it. I mainly pay for "peace of mind" when I buy termite protection, knowing that if termites do get in, the Pest Control company will pay for damages. Evidently Paramount does not offer that and is useless for me. If you want that protection, better look elsewhere. We have since canceled our contract and they know why, regardless of their response below."
