"I have never known as many companies that can come up with so many excuses for not making their own scheduled appointments as I have experienced here in MS. Terminix has had a 10 year record with us and have yet to get a positive thought from us. They set the appointment, agree to reschedule to an earlier part of the day, NOT show (or call), AND not show (or call) after the original scheduled time, then has the NERVE to text us and say that his truck was "out of commission" and will have to reschedule. texting him back, and the response was "I am driving now and cannot respond until I stop" I responded to this texting, "I thought your truck was 'out of commision'?" MAD?? hell yeah! NO STARS at all! I just saw their MOTTO: "The only way to nix it is to Terminix it. For more than 90 years, we’ve protected what's most valuable to you, with local specialists who go above and beyond to fix your problem and services designed to make your life easier, 365 days a year. So when you trust Terminix to nix your pest problem, it's not just a promise. It's a guarantee." This may have been accurate 90 years ago, but here is MS, it is not even close to being accurate! They don't care about you, your pests, or your time AT ALL!, they just demand your $100 + every time - for doing what you can do yourself at home on your own time, not their scheduling that wastes your entire day!"

"Great service, poor job scheduling at the corporate level. The tech always sends a text as soon as they have me on their schedule. However, rarely do the techs get more than the night before or two days before when the service is do - which makes it hard on everyone. I will say again, great service for the price, but really bad scheduling."
