He was an extremely polite young man and very informative, taking the time to explain what and why the system is having trouble. Having several questions… he patiently provided the info I needed. The what and why and potential signs to look for moving forward. I hope Mayo understands what an asset Austin is and how well he represents the company. *UPDATE* Tech was great but I was sent a bill for over $200 for a $8 part and labor of 10min. Which was to replace the part under warranty. This company has shown to care about one thing the money not their word!!"
