"Would give you zero if I could. #gottago Gotta Go Site Service Rentals left a single mother & child with a restroom that’s not been serviced since July 2022 & been unusable. Despite numerous calls nothing has been done. They have the audacity to have double charged her at times & taken their time to give her a credit. They don’t provide statements & payments are not taken at regular times but when they feel like it! Calls have been made to have it removed. The office staff get rude & hang up even though we’ve been patient & never rude or abusive. They won’t tell us when they will pick it up or if they will. I guess they think they can leave this health hazard & still charge a struggling mother for it! Shame, shame, shame on #gottago"

"Lauren the owner hung up on me 3 times, when I was nothing but civil & tried 2 resolve the MULTIPLE issues w/their service. She said she wld call me back after looking at the GPS PROVING that the port-o-pot has NOT been serviced since LAST JULY.! & promptly hung up on me b4 getting ANY of my contact info! Others have tried 2 get this matter corrected 2 NO AVAIL b4 I became involved. We've asked that it be picked up but they REFUSE 2 give a time or date as 2 when they will be picking it up AGAIN they will NOT provide it just that they will be picking it up. They expect u 2 continually call w & keep up the constant issues 4 them as if ur an employee w/NO PAY! DON'T GO 2 THIS COMPANY if u want reliable service & if DON'T want 2 work 4 free keeping CONSTANT track of NON SERVICE & multiple other continuous service issues!!"

"The owner Lauren McGraw was just incredible! HONEST! Refreshing! I’m not sure I’ve ever experienced this kind of customer service before. At least not with a stranger! She did not even make a sale with me. In fact she did not even give me a quote. She did the right thing! She suggested I try another company closer to my home because it would be more economical for me, told me what I’d need for the event I was planning, and told me specifically what to ask for when getting a quote. Told me approximately how much it should cost too! And it worked out PERFECTLY! Because she obviously knows the business very, very, well, and I know NOTHING about it. I can totally relate to this in my world of expertise, but ZERO of the other 10-12 companies I contacted prior to contacting GottaGo gave it to me straight up. She even followed up /w me after the fact knowing there was no chance to make a sale! None of these companies post their prices online, you have to connect /w a rep. So it’s a time consuming and laborious process. I was pretty frustrated and confused. The price differences in the multiple quotes I received were outrageous. Like thousands and thousands of dollars different. Save yourself some time and energy and call GottaGo first! I wish I would have! I’m disappointed I wasn’t able to give this very superior company my business, but thrilled /w the outcome and am saving a BUNCH of money! Knowing you are getting what you pay for, knowing the company isn’t out to take you to the cleaners, knowing they actually want to provide you with an honest, solid, service….is worth its weight in GOLD. Way to go, GottaGo!!!"

"I have never had a better restroom trailer than the one we got from Gotta Go Portables. It was clean, had great soap, plenty of tp. Also the extras, such as radio, the control app, and of course the TVs were an added bonus. The owners are also great people and were very kind and on time for delivery. I look forward to working with them again soon! Edited (5/30/22) we used Gotta Go and AGAIN they had excellent custom service, a very clean and nice restroom. When I had questions someone always answered my call or emails. We will certainly be using them again!"

"This is an amazing company to work with. My daughter’s wedding was May 15th and I called them on May 7th in need of their trailer bathrooms for my guest. They gave me the best and fastest service.
