"Mr. Bridges hunted high and low to find a part for my early-1990s Omega and gave me a fair price for his effort. Communicative, honest, and very knowledgeable about his work, with a work ethic to match."
"He fixed my watch in minutes an didn't charge much. Then I took it back to be cleaned an it looked brand new when he finished an again didn't charge much. I highly recommend him! He does excellent work!"
"Mr. Bridges is an incredible watch maker! I brought a vintage omega that was in disarray and a vintage Tudor. Mr. Bridges serviced both pieces in a timely manner and his communication throughout the entire process was exemplary. He managed to get my omega redialed as well and it looks brand new. Everything was done at a fair price and there were zero surprises. I plan on using him for future services and have already recommended him to friends. You will not regret bringing your time pieces here! Before and after photos are below for the omega."
"I asked him to put in 3 rings on a 22 KT necklace but use 14kt (stronger) & a safety chain along with a safety chain on my bracelet, I have had NUMEROUS safety chains put on by other places, most use a piece of broken chain and a jump ring.. anywhere from 20-75 dollars is all I have EVER paid! he charged 600.00 for both, totally outrageous!! states he can take it off & call it even. plus removing would leave a spot where it was mounted. I just wanted away from him! Now home it is FAR from being done correctly the rings are NOT soldered for the purpose of keeping the jewelry from getting lost. ~ when I balked at prices of safety chains & he stated you don't understand price of gold, I said yes, I do ( I am a numismatist & that little bit of gold did not cost him 680.00 (I could of gave him pieces of chain & jump rings) as he stated even more so that he is supposed to be a business and be able to buy wholesale~ Also he stated he was going to buy my husband Rolex he had the money & would pay me, he backed out of that as well.. I did remind him of Breach of promise & he laughed~ so his honesty is out the door. I did speak to my attorney who stated yes I could sue if I wish to spend the money! Who knows I may! But a person who clearly can NOT be trusted. & is so overpriced. Then he told me to come at a certain time to pick it up, I had to wait an hour. He said he could not kick his customers out of the Honda dealership, well excuse me your watch/jewelry is supposed to be a business! He supposedly appraised 3 of my other Rolexes, which I would not agree on prices at all, plus normally when you get an appraisal they clean your item, not done. I would NOT go back to him for NOTHING nor would I EVER recommend him, I guess a 35 year old that never left the home should speak volumes ~ just the tiny pieces of thin chain~ Also your word should be your bond.. I guess he has none! states concerns buying my husbands Rolex Well to begin with he tried to state it was FAKE due to it having a battery he stating in his I believe it was 18 years never seen it! Rolex did make them with a battery & every serial number & all is on the item. its at a place that Can also appraise it, as his appraisal talk on some of bezel on others not nothing on face, ? appraisals are not correct One he stated was a 69173 in correct 691 yes means a woman's date adjust a 7meaning a yellow gold bezel yes, but 3 means fluted bezel is a handcrafted diamond bezel which is a 4 not a 3 another appraisal stated serial as follows nothing and another he puts serial in front of the serial and word serial in front of model, not professional"
"My grandfather carried an Elgin pocket watch for over 50 years and used it daily. When he passed away the watch was basically put in a drawer for over 40 years. My dad gave it to me last year. I wanted to get it running again so I took it to a local jewelry store. They had it for about four weeks. Then they called to tell me I could pick it up. They said the watch had some worn parts and couldn't be repaired. There was no charge since they couldn't get it going. It was in worse shape than when I brought it in and the second hand fell off in the crystal. I had Mr. Bridges look at it and he repaired the watch to near perfection. Within a week he overcame 50 years of normal wear and tear and undid the damage done at the jewelry store. I am very pleased with his work and his rates are very reasonable. If you have a keepsake watch you want repaired, call Mr. Bridges BEFORE you take it to the jewelry store. I highly recommend him."
