"DO NOT "WASH N FOLD" HERE BEWARE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED *My experience as a women of color* I called prior to and asked if they had time to do one personal bag of laundry @6-8lbs. The lady informed me with the excitement "of course we can" . I dropped off one personal bag of 8 pound laundry no rugs no blankets at 10 a.m. 2/9/23 I was told to pick up at 5: 45pm When I arrived the girl working the desk couldn't find my clothes... When she finally located my clothes they were sitting wet in a bag for hours and nobody had told her they were there so she had no clue she was supposed to dry my clothes... She charged me $24(discounted bs) she ended up drying them did not offer to fold them ...I got the clothes they stunk like they were not even washed which I'm sure it's from the accumulated mildew smell from my clothes sitting there wet for so long they did not appear washed at all... I do wash and fold in five different states as I am a frequent traveler and I travel a lot, this was my first visit to Mississippi and my first Wash and fold experience and they are disgustingly horrible"

When I asked about whether or not they could clean the dress, the lady at the counter was so rude to me that I stormed out and vowed never to return. For a business where there's competition on every corner, courtesy and common decency will go a very long way."
