"I used this dry cleaners for several months. The staff was amiable, but not overly friendly or helpful. I dropped of shirt for cleaning. When I picked it up, it had stains present that weren't there previously. I returned the shirt to the location for review and remedy. After 30 days of no communication with management, I picked up my shirt. I will not be returning to this location. Not due to the stains, but due to the apathy of the managers and owners. I hope that they owners or decisions will take more pride in customer satisfaction and problem resolution in the future."

"Helped me get a suit tailored in time for a wedding on short notice, they cleaned it and everything! I do wish it was a little more fitted but I’m grateful for their help. Highly recommend!"

"- left a pair of uniform pants for hemming & adding elastic bands with special request - turns out perfect! - turned out so great, I decided to use their services for another pair of pants, and requested the second pair to be EXACTLY the same - but it does not turn out the same... - come back to try to get it fixed - pick it up again, but it is not fixed - leave it again, and communicate with the daughter of business exactly what I want... which I find so strange because they did it perfectly the first time. they insist it's the same. - call for status update, but the lady who does the alterations is away for vacation? I just ask for a call back when it's ready - few days after the lady is supposed to come back, I call back and she has no idea what the status is - I call back and ask her mom to give me a call. I get a call back a few minutes later that my pants were actually ready - I pick up the pants, but I don't check them because I've given up at this point - come back home and they're not fixed and the stitching is undone in one spot - I call back one last time to confirm that the pants were indeed worked on, after I dropped them off last time, before writing this review. she says they're done. the daughter doesn't seem to care much for working there. if you only do wash & press or dry clean, maybe you will be happy with their services. YMMV, but recommend taking uniform alterations to Keesler, since my experience wasn't great."
