The owner will not only treat your jewelry like his own but he cares about his customers the way they used to many decades ago! I learned a lot about the ring I inherited of my Grandmother's and got good advice as well as a great price to have it sized! The cherry on top was when he called me 2 days early to tell me he was finished because he knew I was nervous about having to leave it with him. "I don’t typically write reviews, but this place definitely deserves one! I can’t say enough great things about this place and Mr. Marty! I accidentally scraped a wall really bad with my engagement ring and bent the band a bit and loosened some of the diamonds. I took it to a place in the mall to try and get the band straightened and to tighten the diamonds. The place in the mall was going to charge me $100 and said it would take a week-2 weeks to get it back. I wasn’t trying to wait that long and $100 seemed really steep. I turned to google to search jewelers near me and the Jewelers Bench popped up. I read all the amazing reviews and decided to call and see if this shop could help me. Best decision I could have made. Not only was Mr. Marty very kind and helpful, he was also very genuine and knowledgeable. He straightened my band in less than 2 minutes, did a fast fix to the clasps to keep the diamonds in, and cleaned the ring. He told me he wanted to do a full proper tightening to my diamonds because of the slats that hold my side diamonds require a little more work than normal prongs. He gave me a ziplock bag to keep the ring in and asked for me to bring it back Monday and he’d get it all done. When I brought it in Monday he welcomed me with a smile and remembered what I was there for. I asked for his opinion on whether I should go down a size in my ring and he worked with me on figuring out the perfect sizing! He not only had my diamonds tighten and my ring resized in 1 day, but he also charged a portion of the price the mall store was asking just to straighten the band (which he did in 2 minutes) and to tighten the clasps! I am so impressed and appreciative for all that Mr. Marty did! He definitely has my business for life! You don’t meet honest, hardworking, trustworthy people in the business field nowadays. However, those characteristics describe him perfectly! I’m so glad I decided to call that Friday! Thank you so much!!"

"We are from out of town and the necklace my grandmother got me broke suddenly. Luckily the owner assured us he could fix it. He was very sweet and helpful. He even got it fixed for us the same day we took it in since we would be leaving in a couple days. I can’t even tell where he fixed the necklace, that is how good of a job he did! Had to do business through a window due to the virus but you couldn't ask for better service, great quality work and at a price that was much lower than most. Very knowledgeable about his trade.
