"When initially contacting Sun Coast, Mr. Timmy seemed knowledgeable and professional. The reason we hired him was his knowledge. Once hired and payment was received, the unprofessional and unwarranted comments about not wanting to do business with a woman came about. As a female in construction business and plumbing background, this was highly unprofessional and offensive to project his personal beliefs during a business transaction. Timmy is just one of many with that kind of attitude, but hopefully the next female can take her business elsewhere."

"I set up an appointment with them on my property in the Helena area to install a new septic tank for a new house construction. They were on time for the appointment and knowledgeable about the topic and the area. He said he would come on Friday at 7am which was 3 days later which sounded good to me. He arrived exactly on time, got the septic tank installed as described and did the whole job fast. The county inspector who has a reputation as a stickler for detail came out and looked the job over and gave a big thumbs up and approved it all. The price for the job was about half what I thought it would cost as well. Could not be happier with the job. Will be using them on all future jobs."

"Sun Coast Septic is very unprofessional. They do not return phone calls or text messages. After being told not to come due to my yard being wet from all the rain and putting in thousands of dollars on my new road. They showed up!! When asked for them to fix what they tore up and messed up they do not answer. They destroyed my yard and driveway!"
