"We have had a contract with jay roy for over 25 years - we called to have the house sprayed for roaches and 2 days later we saw NO dead roaches, but several live ones. When we called to ask them to come back out since it had only been 2 days - they said they would only come out for another $139 fee.....and said that spraying was not guaranteed - their service is "bug control" yet they don't stand behind the job! seriously considering moving my termite contract."
