"Had one room with heavy staining and several light stains on other carpets. The majority of the carpets were pretty clean unlike the severely dirty carpets they advertise to be able to clean. I wanted the technician to start in my room downstairs and do the dirtiest room last, but she insisted on starting in that room. She could not get the big stain out of that carpet and actually left a stain that was not there before she came. It was like the dirty water was pushed up against the door frame and they just left it. There is a line of dirt on the landing that looks to be the same - just dirt pushed up against the wall. These were not there before. There is a water line in my room where there was a stain that they mostly did remove and blue dots that look like detergent crystals, I called about this and the tech said she would come out later in the day to take a look. Later she was too busy to come, and too busy the next day. I know they work hard, but that is the job. Then she said the owner would come out the next day or the day after. At this point I just wanted it cleaned. Obviously my business was not important as making that money and they could not take less than an hour to follow up on their already completed work, BUT COULD BE AN HOUR LATE FOR MY JOB, and did not show interest in resolving this issue in a timely manner. I told them to forget it. I had to clean the spots myself, pictures attached. I bought a big throw rug to cover the huge stain that they tried to get out but couldn't so that pic is not here. The nicest thing I can say is the techs were very nice, but they rushed through and did not pay attention to quality. I wish I had taken that $300 I wasted and bought a machine to do it myself! Now I feel like they just spread dirty water and germs throughout my home. NOT HAPPY!"
