"They broke the button on one of my suit jackets and didn't replace it. I had high expectations of them because they normally replace buttons and fix small tears in clothes at no extra cost however during my last visit I had two broken buttons on my suit coat and they're responsible for breaking them but they didn't replace them. It was very disappointing for me."
"The work they did was great and quick too. For me they cleaned a girl's peacoat for me that wasn't stored properly. Moisture got to it causing the lining to mildew. There were a few patches on the outside as well. When I picked it up the very next day it literally looked and smelled brand new. My complaint is thst the price was a little high I feel like. Since I was selling the coat anything spent fixing or cleaning the item eats into the profit. Getting the coat cleaned cost 1/3 of my profit. It was a very nice and expensive coat so 1/3 of the profit wasn't cheap. I probably would still use and recommend this cleaners just because of the quality work they do. You get what you pay for."
